1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Clarity Move website and platform (including symptomtoshift.info and any associated services), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services. Clarity Move reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. About Clarity Move

Clarity Move is a diagnostic move-out cleaning platform serving relocating families and property managers in Alexandria, Egypt. We provide systematic, transparent cleaning solutions designed to address move-out challenges through detailed assessment, targeted service delivery, and comprehensive before-and-after documentation. Our services are tailored to solve specific property turnover problems rather than provide generic afterthought cleaning.

3. Permitted Use of the Platform

You agree to use the Clarity Move platform only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the platform. Prohibited behavior includes:

• Harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person
• Transmitting obscene or offensive content or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our platform
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information in booking requests or account details
• Reselling or redistributing our services without authorization
• Interfering with the operation of the platform or attempting to circumvent security measures

4. Booking and Service Conditions

When you request cleaning services through Clarity Move, you acknowledge that:

• You have authority to authorize access to the property for cleaning purposes
• The property address and access details you provide are accurate
• You will provide reasonable notice of any changes to scheduled appointments
• The property will be accessible at the agreed time, with utilities available as needed
• You understand the scope of work outlined in your selected service tier and any supplementary documentation
• Payment terms and cancellation policies, as displayed at the time of booking, apply to your service request

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Clarity Move platform—including text, images, before-and-after photography, diagnostic frameworks, room-by-room scope documentation, design elements, logos, and service methodologies—is the intellectual property of Clarity Move or its content providers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws applicable in Egypt and internationally.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and use this content for the purpose of booking and receiving cleaning services. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any platform content without express written permission from Clarity Move. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is prohibited and may result in legal action.

6. User-Generated Content and Photography

Clarity Move may photograph your property before, during, and after cleaning services to document our work and demonstrate the diagnostic and solution process. These photographs may be used in:

• Your personal service record and before-and-after documentation
• Platform case studies and project portfolios (with identifying details removed or anonymized where applicable)
• Marketing and educational materials to illustrate cleaning challenges and solutions

If you do not wish your property to be photographed or for images to be used in marketing materials, you must notify Clarity Move in writing at the time of booking. Standard service documentation photography will still occur unless explicitly declined in writing.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

The Clarity Move platform and all services are provided on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to deliver high-quality diagnostic cleaning solutions, Clarity Move makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding:

• The uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform
• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided through the platform
• The suitability of our services for your specific property or situation
• The elimination of all stains, marks, or damage, particularly where pre-existing damage is present or surfaces have been subject to extreme wear

To the maximum extent permitted by Egyptian law, Clarity Move shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunity, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

8. Property Damage and Pre-Existing Conditions

Clarity Move's cleaning services are designed to address move-out cleaning challenges and prepare properties for new occupancy. Our scope of work is clearly defined in the service tier description and any supplementary documentation provided at booking.

We are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage, stains, or structural issues present before cleaning begins
• Damage caused by normal wear and tear or previous occupants
• Damage to surfaces, fixtures, or appliances caused by factors outside our control or prior to our arrival
• Restoration of items or surfaces requiring specialized repair or professional restoration services

If damage occurs to the property during our service delivery due to our negligence, you must report it in writing within 48 hours of service completion. Clarity Move will investigate and work with you to resolve the matter in good faith, subject to our insurance coverage and applicable law.

9. Insurance and Liability Coverage

Clarity Move maintains professional liability insurance covering our cleaning operations. Details of our insurance coverage are available upon request. However, insurance coverage is subject to policy terms, exclusions, and limits. For claims exceeding our insurance coverage or policy exclusions, liability is limited as described in Section 7 of these terms.

10. Payment and Cancellation

Payment terms, pricing, and cancellation policies are displayed at the time of booking and form part of your service agreement. By confirming your booking, you agree to the payment schedule and cancellation terms shown. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the cancellation policy in effect at the time of booking.

Clarity Move reserves the right to suspend or cancel services if payment is not received as agreed or if you breach these terms.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Clarity Move platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection, use, and protection of your personal information. By using the platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Clarity Move platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Alexandria, Egypt.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us to discuss and resolve any disputes informally. You agree to attempt good-faith resolution through direct communication with Clarity Move before pursuing legal action.

13. Modifications to Terms

Clarity Move may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the revised terms on the platform and updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to any modification, you must discontinue use of the platform.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any service-specific terms or scope documents provided at booking, constitute the entire agreement between you and Clarity Move regarding your use of the platform and receipt of services. These terms supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and negotiations, whether written or oral.
